How to order?
How to update my shopping cart?
You can check and modify your "Shopping cart" (i.e. changing size, adding more items, and etc.) Then, click "Update shopping cart".
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order within 3-5 days. During a peak campaign period, could be up to 7-10 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive an order tracking email once the tracking number is updated. Or, you may sign-in on the website and go to 'My account' to check the order status in 'Order History' as well.
Can I change my order once it's confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any change any orders once they have been placed.
What if the style or size I want is not available?
All the shoes that we have available are on our website and can be added to the shopping bag. If you’re unable to add a pair to your shopping bag after selecting the size then it means that this item is currently not in stock.
What should I do if the product is out of stock?
When any product is out of stock, there will be a "Notify Me" button on that product page for customers to enter their email address, then the system will automatically send email to notify customers if the product is back in stock.

Does Bigball Chunky need to increase its size?
For the Big Ball Chunky shoe model, I recommend measuring your foot size in centimeters. Different brands have different length measurements for each Euro size.
- If your foot width is normal, I suggest adding an additional 0.5 cm.
- If you have wide feet, high arches, or a plump foot, I recommend adding an additional 1 cm.
- Typically, adding 1 cm is recommended for a more comfortable fit.
What is the height of the Bigball Chunky?

Can the logo on the side of the Bigball Chunky shoes be peeled off?
The logo on the side of the shoes is applied using a screen-printing technique, which can potentially peel off if it is scraped or subjected to excessive friction. Therefore, it depends on the usage. However, under normal circumstances, the logo should not peel off on its own when worn regularly.
